We have rounded up some social groups that are all based in Derby.

Knitters and ‘natterers’ unite!
Knit & Natter sessions are being held at Mickleover Library.
The informal and friendly afternoons are perfect for knitting fans of all levels.
Knitting newbies and experts are all welcome, all you need to do is take along your knitting project which includes crochet and needlework.

Hide AdBooking is not necessary and there is even a section in the library dedicated to craft books that you can borrow on the day.
When: March dates fall every Thursday on 7, 14, 21 and 28. From 2pm - 4pm.

Social Prescribing Coffee Morning & Allotment
Nature lovers will love this session
If you fancy getting out and about and are a nature lover, this one is for you.
Enjoy bracing spring air for a refreshing outdoor experience.
Activities include digging, or taking in nature’s beauty from the peaceful summer house.
When: First Wednesday of every month. From 10am - 11:30am

Tackle It Gaming
Youth sessions for gamers
If you enjoy video games, board games, and are aged between 12 -17, you may want to make time for these sessions.
This wellbeing initiative is from Derby County Community Trust (DCCT) which focuses on creating an inclusive environment for young people to enjoy gaming.
One for those who enjoy Warhammer, Dungeons and Dragons and much more.
Young people are encouraged to bring their hobby activity along and enjoy the session.
When: Every Monday, 6pm - 7:30pm.
