Let’s face it movies are always better with popcorn, so there will be plenty on offer for you to munch on as the movie transports you to dystopian Los Angeles.

If you really wanted to embrace the spirit of Blade Runner, you could go the extra mile with a pre-theatre visit, and read Philip K. Dick’s 1968 novel Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep? on which the film is based.

Déda is an independent creative studio whose Movie Munch series will feature screenings of popular films alongside food inspired by the film.

Writing on social media, Déda said: “This month’s Movie Munch will be using Ridley Scott’s 1982 sci-fi masterpiece Blade Runner as its inspiration, think Ramen noodles and glass bottles of ice-cold Coca-Cola!

“There will be popcorn, thanks to our pals at Joe and Seph’s Gourmet Popcorn, we’ll have the perfect film snacks at the ready!”

Tickets cost £22.50 which includes one bowl of ramen, a drink and access to the cinema.

Address: Déda, 19 Chapel Street, Derby DE1 3GU
