Derby County transfer target Jamal Lowe could be slightly easier for the Rams to sign as Portsmouth have said that they aren’t pursuing the winger.
The News have reported that Lowe is not on Pompey’s transfer radar which leaves just Derby and Norwich with interest in him.

Hide AdIt is good news for Paul Warne who may be looking to add the Bournemouth man who’s contract expires at the end of June.
He spent last season on loan at Swansea City where he made 35 Championship appearances, scoring nine goals and three assists.
The winger also spent time at Queen’s Park Rangers on loan and is yet to cement his place in a squad on a long-term basis.
This summer with interest from Norwich and Derby, Lowe could find his home at one of the two Championship clubs.

Hide AdDerby currently have two out and out wingers in their squad in Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Corey Blackett-Taylor, Lowe would help add to the talent as he can play on either side and also as a striker, should Paul Warne want to play more narrow.
He would likely adopt a similar role to Mendez-Laing if he came to Pride Park where he played in both a wide role and up front depending on what formation the Derby gaffer wants to play.
The 29 year-old has proven Championship ability and furthermore, the Rams will be able to add him on a free agent deal which means they will only have to financially tackle with his wages.
Somewhat of a bargain if he was to sign for the Rams.
