Euro 2024 is underway and Derby fans can watch with peace knowing that their club is in a great position having just earnt promotion back to the Championship.
However, times weren’t as good during the last Euros. England had a memorable tournament, making the final and losing to Italy on penalties at Wembley.
But Derby’s summer was one that Rams fans will want to forget. In the summer of 2021 Derby had just avoided Championship relegation under Wayne Rooney but a barrage of points deductions and financial troubles were about to hit.
But what was Derby’s squad looking like compared to now; some players stayed at Pride Park throughout the turbulence and some decided to move on.
Where is the first team squad that were at Pride Park during Euro 2020 (2021 due to Covid-19) and what are they doing now?
