Scheduled to take place on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Mickleover Sports Club, this year's festival promises an unforgettable line-up of tribute acts including Abba, Elton John, Jersey Boys, Take That, Taylor Swift, The Beatles, and The Stolen Fridays.

Since its inception in 2017, Hot August Night has been a community-driven, family-friendly event organised by the teams at Mickleover Sports, Our Mickleover, and RS Events.

Over the years, the festival has supported grassroots and junior football at Mickleover Sports FC and contributed to causes meaningful to the local community, including projects led by David Lewis, Chairman of Our Mickleover.

The festival has named Derby & Burton Hospitals Charity as its official charity partner for 2024, with Don Amott, Chairman of Mickleover Sports FC, as a lifelong supporter.

Jill Matthews, Chief Officer at Derby and Burton Hospitals Charity, expressing her gratitude, said: "We're thrilled to have been chosen as the named charity for this summer's Hot August Nights festival in Mickleover.

“Events like these enable us to connect with our local communities and talk about the significant impact donations have on the lives of both hospital staff and patients."
