Unless you've been living under a rock the chances are you will have seen (or at least heard about) Saltburn. The gritty drama, set in the 00s has exploded in popularity after dropping onto Amazon Prime over Christmas.

The movie starring Jacob Elordi, Barry Keoghan and Richard E. Grant, takes place in the stunning grounds of Saltburn House, filmed at Drayton House in Northamptonshire. However, there is a property closer to home in the Peak District, that boasts similar Elizabethan features and sprawling gardens.

And the best part? You can stay the night. Unfortunately, the party house doesn't come with a tub full of Jacob Elordi's bathwater (if you know, you know.)

Once the hunting abode of Sir Philip Brocklehurst, and then home to his brother, Henry Courtney, Roaches Hall amassed a small zoo in the grounds, with the animals later going on to roam freely until dying off in recent years.

The style of the property has remained very much the same as it was, with stunning interiors, incredible views, and a roll-top bath in the master bedroom.

Would you do the Saltburn dance through the house?

Visitors can sample the lifestyle of the landed gentry by lounging in the spacious drawing room, sitting down to a meal in the luxurious dining room, or relaxing in the games room.

Just like the sprawling rooms in Saltburn, there’s no shortage of space in the Roaches Hall. The drawing room features comfy leather sofas and a huge 50 inch TV, a cosy fireplace and wide windows which offer unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside.

A second living room contains a small library, children’s toys and a seven-foot pool table. The house also has a fully-equipped kitchen, while the beautiful dining room seats up to 34 people.

The hall has its own garden with breathtaking views, but it would be rude not to explore the incredible landscape it has right on its doorstep. The Roaches Rocks - made up of two gritstone outcrops - are only a stone’s throw away, while the equally impressive Lud’s Church and Thor’s Cave are also nearby.
